財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international pharmaceutical company is searching for a Finance Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading the finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact point for Head Office and Region APAC Finance or Accounting teams and external service providers
• Handle year-end closing, annual financial statements, tax returns, statutory audits, balance sheet reconciliation, sales, cogs and inventory accounting, transfer pricing calculations, month-end closing and consolidation packages
• Manage accounting compliance and risk
• Oversee banking including payment authorisation
• Manage employee expense reimbursement
• Lead the country’s planning processes including monthly volume and price forecasting together with the Country Manager
• Lead and control quarterly rolling planning process
• Participate in cash flow planning

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in a related discipline
• More than 10 years of experience in a financial or accounting position
• Experience in pharmaceutical of a health technology company is advantageous
• Established networking and collaboration skills
• Deep understanding of listed financial and accounting activities
• Proficient in Japanese and English
