A successful renewable energy company is searching for an M&A Manager. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for a variety of M&A and business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle annual budgets
- Provide support to the finance team for M&A and business development activities
- Cooperate with other legal representatives so that legal obligations are met
- Carry out M&A and business development strategies
- Conduct daily management activities
- Contribute to the selection of team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or education
- Experience in M&A projects in Japan
- Understanding of M&A and business development processes
- Team management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
