A global pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Business Planning Manager. This position will be responsible for generating business insights, setting financial targets, risk mitigation, productivity initiatives, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct profit and loss consolidation
- Manage the cash flow process and maximize cash generation
- Conduct controlling activities in an accurate manner
- Lead improvements for forecasting and monitoring processes
- Conduct headcount and personnel cost controlling
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in finance, especially in accounting.
- Japanese and English proficiency
