The Japanese branch of a top multinational financial services firm is looking for a result-oriented, eager learner who is ready to grow in an international environment. Skills and certifications in project management will be an asset to anyone applying for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Strategy department on elaboration of the annual project list and validation with all divisions of the company
• Monitor the evolution of the project execution with project managers
• Organize and facilitate the Operational Steering Committees to provide to project’s sponsors and top management with the progress
• Identify issues and risks on project execution and support project managers to resolve them
• Support Head of PPM in preparation of project updates to Management Committee
• Prepare project documents and presentation slides for Operational Steering Committees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Advanced level verbal and written proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher is preferred)
• Advanced verbal and written proficiency in English
• 5+ years’ work experience
• Experience in project management for large- and medium-sized projects
