エグゼクティブアシスタント/ Executive Assistant
An international IT consulting services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant. The selected candidate will manage executive scheduling, communications, and key project coordination to ensure smooth business execution. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain documents such as business correspondence, presentations, and organisational charts
- Process reimbursements and reconcile travel and expense reports
- Support leadership teams with operational projects, business plans, and performance tracking
- Coordinate meetings and communication with key customer executives and stakeholders
- Conduct research and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and new business opportunities
- Assist in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies, including speeches and presentations
- Support sales planning by managing meetings, reports, and KPI dashboards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Proven experience supporting or managing strategic projects for executive officers
- Experience with the Concur travel system is a plus
- Skilled in drafting internal and external communications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Professional level Japanese and English
