An international healthcare company is looking for an Executive Assistant. The selected applicant will be in charge of maintaining the President's schedule, coordinating key events, and preparing necessary documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the President’s schedule and coordinate key events such as conferences, meetings and conference calls
- Coordinate agenda for important guests
- Draft internal and external correspondence as necessary
- Prepare T&E report and pre-approval submission
- Coordinate domestic and international travels with stakeholders and make necessary arrangements for President
- Screen and provide correspondence and information
- Organise and maintain administration tasks (invoice, office supply, equipment maintenance etc.)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in executive-band’s assistant position or office manager’s position in a global company
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in English
