A global automation company is searching for a new Personal Assistant. The individual in this role will work closely with the company’s country manager and HR manager. This role will be responsible for managing office affairs. This is a long-term temporary position.
- Serve as a secretary for the country manager, overseeing activities such as travel and dinner arrangements
- Support the HR manager initiatives including event planning, employee surveys, results analysis, etc.
- Oversee office affairs including ordering office supplies, processing mail, greeting visitors, company car management, etc.
- Manage expense reports, employee apartment arrangements, and correspondence with suppliers for vending machines, office facilities, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in a secretarial or general affairs role
- High level English proficiency
