A global internet company is looking to hire a Customer Success Executive. In this position, you will assist inside sales and field account colleagues with post-sales issues. This is a great opportunity to further your career with an intentional company.
- Handle customer issues
- Support onboarding for medium-sized customers
- Communicate with customers regarding problems and escalations
- Oversee the service optimisation strategy
- Resolve issues from cross-regional customers
- Track regional customer trends and optimisation points for customer experience operations
- Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
- 1+ years of related experience is a plus
