A large financial technology company is searching for a Sales Support Professional. This position will be responsible for order processing and bookkeeping as well as general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Enter sales orders into the SAP system, notify third party logistics of requirements, and process invoices
- Enter in purchase invoices
- Oversee cashbook and reconciliation of banks statements
- Conduct general office duties such as answering calls, filing, etc.
- Serve as the liaison between Japan and overseas department heads
- Cooperate with the group customers services manager to give information on product and customer issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years working experience at a finance office.
- AAT qualification or equivalent
- English proficiency in order to discuss financial matters and basic technical matters
