A global hospitality company is looking for a Receptionist. The selected candidate will assist with welcoming guests, providing product demonstrations, and supporting events at the showroom. This is a direct contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Guide guests around showroom facilities
- Explain exhibited products and ensure guests receive excellent hospitality
- Assist with event setup, including operating equipment such as controllers and projectors
- Support individual projects by attending pre-meetings, taking minutes, and reporting after project completion
- Manage reservation requests from internal departments and respond to inquiries
- Handle related administrative tasks
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in B2C sales or hospitality services within the airline, travel, hotel, restaurant, or bridal industries
- Practical experience in conducting instructions and demonstrations
- Experience working in a showroom
- Strong interest in cutting-edge technology and passion for showcasing future technologies to customers
- Bilingual level Japanese and English (TOEIC 600+)
