職場コーディネーター/ Workplace Coordinator
An international financial services company is looking for a Workplace Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage both hard and soft services, optimise workplace operations, and enhance occupant satisfaction through technical oversight and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Supervise preventive maintenance programs and implement system upgrades
- Ensure regulatory compliance with building codes, health, safety, and environmental standards
- Enhance customer experience through responsive service and proactive communication
- Manage housekeeping, reception, concierge, and move management services
- Implement workplace amenities and environmental quality standards to support wellbeing
- Negotiate and administer service contracts with technical and non-technical vendors
- Lead cross-functional teams on renovation and construction projects
- Conduct facility inspections and maintain documentation, cost tracking, and reports
- Build strong relationships with internal users, building management, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in facility management
- Experience with both technical systems and service delivery
- Proficient in building systems knowledge, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Understanding of energy management, sustainability, and project management principles
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and financial and budget management
- Native level Japanese; professional level English
Preferred requirements:
- Training in facilities management, property management, or a related field
