ミドルオフィス業務/ Middle Office Operations

A multinational financial services company is looking for a Middle Office Operations. The selected candidate will support trade lifecycle operations for equities and derivatives, ensuring accurate pre-matching and smooth settlement processes. This is a long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Support trade lifecycle processes for equities and derivatives across Japan and Singapore
• Perform trade pre-matching and manage failed trades efficiently
• Liaise with traders, front office, clients, brokers, and banks to resolve trade issues
• Assist with Japanese securities settlement operations
• Collaborate with Singapore and Japan teams to ensure seamless trade execution

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of operational experience in equities or derivatives middle office functions
• Practical experience in settlement operations is preferred
• Experience interacting with traders and front office teams
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes with experience in trade pre-matching
• Native level Japanese; business level English
