ワークプレイスサービスパートナー/ Workplace Services Partner

A multinational IT consulting company is looking for a Workplace Services Partner (1-year fixed term contract). The selected candidate will oversee office operations, vendor management, and facility-related tasks to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace environment. This is a hybrid setup and direct contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory of office and pantry supplies
• Reorder consumables to maintain smooth office operations
• Oversee vendor contracts related to office services such as cleaning, pest control, and security systems
• Coordinate with vendors for regular servicing of office equipment
• Conduct facility inspections to ensure safety and operational standards
• Ensure meeting rooms are stocked with necessary supplies
• Support local employees and collaborate with the global team to resolve facility-related issues
• Align facility projects with global standards while meeting local business needs
• Manage office space utilisation, physical security, procurement, and vendor contracts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility operations

Requirements:

• Experience in ISO27001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 in a facilities-related context
• Proficient in MS Office 365 tools
• Possess a valid certification 防火防災管理者 (fire/disaster prevention manager)
• Fluent level Japanese and English
