インバウンドマネージャー/ Inbound Manager

A leading tourism company is seeking an Inbound Manager for its Luxe Team. This role oversees financial and team performance while managing client relationships and ensuring seamless operations. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Provide performance feedback, training, and attend key meetings and luxury travel trade shows
• Lead and motivate the team through training, system enhancements, and staffing planning
• Oversee correspondence, handle VIP client files, and address quality complaints
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by setting KPIs and conducting evaluations
• Manage financial performance, invoicing, and overall team efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in tourism, inbound, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of inbound tourism and market trends in Japan
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Tourplan software
• Fluent level written and verbal English; Japanese or French is a plus
