A global insurance company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will support operational processes, manage general office tasks, and collaborate with the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Support policy issuance, commission settlement, and bank-transfer data creation
- Input insurance system with contracts and claims
- Prepare insurance-related documents
- Produce monthly sales reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve documentation issues
- Manage reception, phone calls, and incoming packages
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in policy administrative or sales assistant positions in the non-life field
- Understanding of commercial line insurance products
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Basic level English (TOEIC 800+)
