A leading reinsurance company is seeking a Team Assistant. The successful candidate will support client teams with administration and event management.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to organise agendas, reports, and schedules
- Coordinate and prepare information for meetings and conferences
- Organise events and internal meetings, coordinating with other functions
- Maintain and administer client database tools, ensuring data accuracy
- Support branch governance processes for management meetings
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in team administrative support, data analytical, and event coordination
- Experience in the insurance industry in an international setting
- Prior experience in Teams, SharePoint, and Sli DO functionality is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; business level English
