An international luxury brand is searching for an Administration Executive. The chosen applicant will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support for the Japan office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office area and equipment in good condition
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, and take care of the reception area
- Work together with HR to arrange and organise staff activity
- Manage equipment, facilities, office supplies, and service renewal
- Submit reports timely such as staff expense reports, petty cash reports, staff purchase reports, and general expense report
- Assist CM with contract review, expense reports, and other administrative reports
- Handle business trip arrangements including hotel reservation, flight itinerary, travelling expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in administration or relevant field is preferred
- More than 3 years of experience in office administration
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Detail-minded, well-organised, self-motivated and independent
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
