A global semiconductor company is seeking an Office Admin. The selected candidate will coordinate office operations, manage travel arrangements, and provide support for foreign visitors and sales events. This is a long-term haken role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration, including correspondence, equipment maintenance, and office upkeep
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including transportation and accommodations
- Provide support for foreign visitors, including visa arrangements and logistics
- Manage office supplies, monitor inventory, and maintain vendor relationships
- Keep accurate records of employee attendance and time-off requests
- Assist with sales event planning, catering, and on-site coordination
- Support financial tasks, including invoicing, expense reporting, and budget tracking
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of relevant experience
