A renowned financial services company is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the function and Senior Director. This is a long term haken role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including conference room bookings, filing, document preparation, and courier services
- Arrange travel and visas for the team, and manage monthly expense reports
- Support logistics for sales conferences, seminars, and other assigned projects
- Coordinate telephones, teleconference accounts, business cards, laptops, and emails for new hires
- Collaborate with other admin assistants on office initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus
- More than 3 years of experience in administrative support
- Excellent IT skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level written and spoken Japanese; basic level English
