A global manufacturing company is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will manage office operations, provide administrative support, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives. This is a long term haken role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Organise office files and manage supply inventory
- Serve as the primary contact for employee administrative support
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in HR administration or office administration
- Experience in a foreign company
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
