An international delivery services company is looking for a General Affairs Assistant. The selected candidate will oversee various duties including general affairs and procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Handle office management and equipment maintenance
- Represent HR&GA in the Safety and Health Committee
- Oversee asset management
- Manage and purchase uniforms and materials
- Assist in preparing meeting documents for general meeting of shareholders
- Support privacy mark management
- Manage contracts
- Prepare monthly reports on assets and centrally purchased materials
- Address requests from head office
- Support department head operations
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of general affairs experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills is preferred
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
