A global manufacturing firm is searching for an Office Administrator. The chosen applicant will manage administrative activities, maintain the office environment, and provide support for all office activities. This role is a direct contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness and operability of the office
- Provide assistance for all activities within the dedicated office
- Coordinate with other branches as necessary
- Act as the contact point for local services including building management, internet service provider, etc.
- Record and report cashflow related to office activities based on budget control
- Assist visitors from abroad including bookings on accommodation, transportation, and any other facilities that may be required
- Manage scheduling of office activities such as large meetings, events, etc.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience
- Experience in schedule management or budget control is preferred
- Highly collaborative in a team and a multicultural environment
- Proficient in Japanese; business level English (Italian is a plus)
