GAマネージャー/ GA Manager

An international lunar resource development company is looking for a GA Manager. The qualified candidate will supervise general office administration, planning, and implementing impactful projects. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis and development of office or department budgets
• Execute corporate programs and requirements at the global office level
• Organize internal events and programs to enhance employee engagement
• Formulate strategies in Safety and Health management
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of experience in policy and strategy implementation
• Experience of team management with multi-cultural members is preferred
• Prior experience in managing shareholder meetings in a listed company is advantageous
• Possess valid health management certification is a plus
• Possess valid fire and disaster prevention management certification is ideal
• Business level English and Japanese
