An exciting business intelligence company is in need of a Customer Administrative Specialist. The chosen applicant will ensure strong connections between the front office and back office teams.
- Handle front office inquiries on order process, systems, pricing, etc.
- Communicate with operation teams on order processing, billing operations, etc.
- Utilise Salesforce software to develop contracts, handle orders, and conduct relevant sales activities
- Gain strong customer relationships and solve administrative problems
- Assist in delivering contracts and receiving signed contracts from customers
- Identify and resolve issues in administrative operations that mitigate business performance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience assisting or working with a sales or administration team
- Experience in a client-facing role is ideal
- Experience working in a fast-paced company
- Experience in the banking or security industry is ideal
- Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 700+)
