An Assistant position is open at a leading multinational financial services company. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various administration tasks for the company. This is a long-term temporary position.
- Conduct set-up for meetings or conference calls
- Answer phone calls
- Coordinate business trip arrangements
- Conduct administrative arrangements for overseas visitors (visa document preparation, floor access, PC set-up, etc.)
- Handle expense reimbursement processes
- Assist with ad-hoc general admin tasks
- 3+ years of experience as a team or personal assistant
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Fluent level English and Japanese
