コールセンターマネージャー/ Call Centre Manager
A renowned hospitality and lifestyle services company is looking for a Call Centre Manager. The selected candidate will lead contact center operations, drive sales performance, improve service quality, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance against targets and KPIs
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Monitor contact center performance and service quality
- Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee daily operations and team efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in online sales
- Prior experience with CRM and engagement platforms for seamless customer journey management
- Proven experience in delivering online sales across multiple customer contact channels (phone, email, web / live chat, and social media)
- Background in channel sales strategies
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment
- Professional level English; fluent level reading, spoken, and written Japanese
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with CRM platforms
