カスタマーサービス担当者/ Customer Service Representative
A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will handle order management, customer inquiries, trade compliance coordination, reporting, and internal sales support to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
- Process sales orders, RMAs, and new customer applications
- Support trade compliance screening and export permit coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries on order, repair, and delivery status
- Generate backlog and sales reports for internal tracking
- Communicate schedule changes and urgent requests with operations and support sales process improvements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or above
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience (technology manufacturing space preferred)
- Experience in ERP /9SAP S4 is ideal)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Professional level Japanese; proficient in spoken and written English
Preferred requirements:
- Knowledge of SAP
