カスタマーサービス担当者/ Customer Service Representative

A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will handle order management, customer inquiries, trade compliance coordination, reporting, and internal sales support to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
• Process sales orders, RMAs, and new customer applications
• Support trade compliance screening and export permit coordination
• Respond to customer inquiries on order, repair, and delivery status
• Generate backlog and sales reports for internal tracking
• Communicate schedule changes and urgent requests with operations and support sales process improvements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or above
• 3-5 years of Customer Service experience (technology manufacturing space preferred)
• Experience in ERP /9SAP S4 is ideal)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in spoken and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of SAP
