A global aerospace and defense manufacturer is looking for a Lead, Customer Support & Services. The selected candidate will manage key customer accounts, oversee spare parts and repair support, handle commercial coordination, and drive service growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts and deliver responsive spare parts and repair support
• Oversee invoicing for deliveries and repairs with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide guidance on parts availability, repair options, and technical support
• Resolve customer concerns and negotiate practical solutions while strengthening relationships
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with customer requirements
• Drive order-taking, monitor receivables, and support business growth with existing clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience leading a team
