A global aerospace and defense manufacturer is looking for a Lead, Customer Support & Services. The selected candidate will manage key customer accounts, oversee spare parts and repair support, handle commercial coordination, and drive service growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts and deliver responsive spare parts and repair support
- Oversee invoicing for deliveries and repairs with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide guidance on parts availability, repair options, and technical support
- Resolve customer concerns and negotiate practical solutions while strengthening relationships
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with customer requirements
- Drive order-taking, monitor receivables, and support business growth with existing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience leading a team
