カスタマーサービススーパーバイザー/ Customer Service Supervisor
A renowned logistics company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor. The selected candidate will lead and develop an inbound customer service team while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with standards. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the inbound customer service team to ensure balanced workloads and optimal system use
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure consistent, appropriate handling of customer inquiries
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support team leaders and staff
- Lead training, onboarding, and continuous development aligned with SOPs and system updates
- Manage recruitment, feedback sessions, performance reviews, and annual appraisals
- Promote workplace health and safety by fostering safe practices and reporting incidents and hazards
Requirements:
- Understanding of the Transportation industry and especially of the Japanese Import regulation and processes
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
