CSスペシャリスト/ CS Specialist

A global chemical manufacturing company is seeking a CS Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end order processes and ensure exceptional customer support across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage order entry and fulfillment for complex priority accounts
• Maintain deep understanding of products, applications, and service offerings
• Build strong customer relationships and capture market insights
• Coordinate activities across assigned accounts and resolve issues proactively
• Uphold service levels based on business priorities
• Align customer needs with company capabilities to recommend optimal solutions

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or above
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
