Customer Service Director
A renowned luxury goods company is looking for a Customer Service Director. The selected candidate will lead and enhance the customer service operations while ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Customer Service strategy and action plans
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, and take necessary actions
- Manage Customer Service expenses and capital spending within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand and implement collaborative projects
- Coach, guide, and evaluate Customer Service employees to achieve objectives
- Ensure high-quality and efficient customer support and after-sales services
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, factory management, people management
- Prior experience in luxury business
- Proven experience working abroad is ideal
- Understanding of repair, customer service, manufacturing
- Business level Japanese and English
