クライアントサービス担当/ Client Service Associate

A foreign investment banking firm is searching for a Client Service Associate. The chosen applicant will support the end-to-end client experience by assisting retail and institutional clients across multiple platforms and channels. This is a temp role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and onboarding support through calls, chats, and CRM cases
• Assist new clients with account setup, deposits, and initial trading activities to support client base growth
• Address client inquiries regarding trading platforms, products, funding, transfers, reporting, and technical issues
• Collect and relay client feedback to improve the overall digital client experience
• Communicate information on product features, benefits, and promotional initiatives
• Conduct vulnerability and impersonation checks in line with regulatory compliance
• Manage and prioritise client cases based on segmentation and service levels
• Oversee account maintenance, including updates, amendments, and access management
• Represent the company at internal and external events such as seminars, expos, and roadshows

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service (financial services industry is preferred)
• Strong customer focus with confidence in making outbound calls to potential clients
• Basic knowledge of capital market products is advantageous
• JSDA license holders are preferred (Candidates without the license will be expected to obtain the qualification within the first six months after joining)
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
