A global IT services and consulting company is seeking a Seller Support Specialist. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless service experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot platform-related problems
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
• Handle complaints and escalations, coordinating with relevant teams
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes
• Support up-selling, cross-selling, and retention initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in customer service domain
• Prior experience in WFH or hybrid is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
