カスタマーサービススペシャリスト/ Customer Service Specialist

A global chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The selected candidate will manage customer operations, logistics coordination, and contract execution for the Japan market. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries and issues
• Execute sales contracts and manage invoice pricing and rebate calculations
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely order fulfilment and vessel delivery
• Maintain and update CS operation files and provide monthly/quarterly reports
• Support month-end closing, demand/supply planning, and Oracle transactions

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
