A leading private investment banking organisation is looking for a Client Service Supervisor. The selected candidate will manage client inquiries, develop proactive service plans, and oversee risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to complex client inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Develop and execute relationship and service plans to provide exceptional client value
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company systems, products, and services
- Introduce clients to new technology and automation tools
- Coordinate new business and product implementations
- Identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 6 years of experience in the global custody or financial services industry
- Experience in project management
- Understanding of domiciled funds is preferred
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
