An international finacial company is seeking a Client Services Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee client inquiries and issue resolution, ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues, acting as the primary contact for key clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritise client requests, deliverables, and issue resolutions
- Manage assigned client relationships and accounts to enhance client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with established procedures, controls, and best practices
- Supervise daily team activities to ensure timely and accurate handling of inquiries and deliverables
- Maintain updated and archived client documentation
- Provide oversight of products, services, and key deliverables for clients
- Supervise and support team members, offering ongoing feedback and coaching for performance improvement
- Participate in the interview and selection process, assisting new staff in job-specific tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry (client servicing environment is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Understanding of fund services is a plus
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
