An international IT company is looking for Customer Support. The selected candidate will lead the expansion of the company's online shop, coordinating efforts to enter new markets and support customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the online parts shop presence within the region
- Manage market introduction projects and provide training
- Support distributors and dealers in their activities
- Conduct presales to attract new customers
- Offer user support to maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle translations, documentation, and guide creation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry is ideal
- Experience in computer software business (web applications, customer support, and customer training) is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel
