A renowned international healthcare company is seeking a Dental Solutions Customer Service Leader. The selected candidate will lead the customer service team, drive process improvements, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise customer service team
- Conduct analysis, recommend, and execute plans
- Improve product knowledge and maintain relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate decisions
- Participate in ERP deployment as a super user
- Ensure plans support goals and meet deadlines and lead project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of experience in customer service, planning, and sales support
- More than 3 years of experience with direct reporting team
- Experience with SAP ERP system
- Prior experience in ERP deployment
- Proven experience managing remote team member
- Background in supporting healthcare business
- Proficient in reading, written, and verbal Japanese and English
