A renowned food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Manager. The role involves enhancing productivity and managing logistics operations. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead productivity improvement projects
- Consolidate and report freight out and logistic cost data to finance and global SC teams
- Define and propose actions to reduce freight out and logistic costs
- Oversee "Order to Cash" improvement projects
- Review and renew partnerships with LSPs and standardise customer workflows
- Digitise tasks and implement EDI where applicable
- Manage 3PL and inventory control
- Communicate with LSP and packaging partners to ensure 100% service levels
- Reduce delivery delays by proposing and following up on actionable solutions
- Drive continuous improvements in SC operations with effective team management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate inventory control
- Manage procure-to-pay with local OEM partners and oversee local repacking or customisation
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in FMCG SC operation
- Experience in physical distribution with SAP operation (warehouse management or sales and distribution)
- Business level English; native level Japanese
