A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will collaborate with business units to enhance customer support operations through AI solutions. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, interpret, and align requirements with AI solutions
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the technical team
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of AI technologies
- Lead the implementation of AI copilot capabilities
- Manage customer expectations and deliver innovative AI solutions
- Utilise expertise in chatbots, NLU, and knowledge management to improve customer interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, AI, machine learning, or a relevant domain
- Experience in managing customer relationships
- Prior experience facilitating collaboration in an international setting
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent level Japanese and English
