A global medical equipment manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Staff. The selected candidate will handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring efficient communication across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer orders and enter sales orders in ERP system
- Coordinate with 3PL for timely shipments
- Communicate order status changes and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer support
- Generate monthly invoices using ERP system
- Respond to customer inquiries on product details and availability
- Manage customer complaints following internal procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS D365 is a plus
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
