An international cosmetics company is seeking a Consumer Care Service Representative. The selected candidate will manage customer inquiries and complaints across various channels, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
- Manage outsourced services related to customer care
- Collaborate with internal teams (brands, QA, CC, Legal, contact center) to provide accurate responses to consumers
- Summarise and analyse Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback
- Perform general customer service and administrative tasks to resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with external associations to enhance customer care strategies
- Implement innovative customer care approaches using cutting-edge technology
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in customer service or education, sales, or CRM
- Experience in contact centre system (chat and FAQ)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Prior experience at a cosmetic company is ideal
- Proven experience in eCommerce business is preferred
- Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and verbal English
