An international fashion company is searching for a Customer Care Manager (B2C). The selected applicant will be in charge of managing incoming and outgoing end-customer contacts and providing first-level technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Find personalised solutions and provide fast, accurate responses to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels
- Prepare reports, analyse them and work with other departments for an action plan to handle and resolve customer needs or escalate problems where necessary
- Embody the values and spirit of the brand in every interaction with customers
- Make suggestions to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience
- Apply Customer Care Policy guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role
