A multinational food company is looking for a Customer Service. The selected applicant will be responsible for handling various duties related to client services operations in supply chain. This is a direct contract role based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee deliveries to customer without delay
- Monitor the deliveries minimising the transportation cost
- Coordinate with B2B and B2C clients about the products, etc.
- Manage inventory control, incoming products inspection, etc.
Requirements:
Practical experience in customer service or order management, warehouse, or supply chain
- Experience in stock and delivery management with ERP system
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Background with SAP is a plus
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; conversational English is ideal
