クライアントサービスチームリーダー/ Client Services Team Lead

An international luxury fashion company is looking for a Client Services Team Lead. The selected individual will be guiding the regional team in offering quality customer services. This is a haken and Tokyo-based position.

Responsibilities:

• Establish knowledge of the omnichannel systems to ensure quality customer services
• Coordinate technical concerns with the work procedures
• Assist a key manager with day-to-day duties
• Oversee the daily schedule of the team
• Determine customer requirements and demands
• Maintain digital clients by utilising online tools

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in eCommerce customer service
• Understanding of ticketing systems, CRM, OMS, or omnichannel projects
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Proficient in verbal and written English (Korean is ideal)
