A multinational packaging and logistics firm is searching for an individual with sales experience and strong administrative skills to join them as the Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, the successful candidate will lend their customer management and sales skills to the operations of a major international organization.
- Source initial contacts with potential customers
- Perform business negotiation and follow-ups (customer visits, onsite meetings, meeting moment reports, quotation requests, etc.)
- Settle contracts (prepare contract drafts and coordinate between the customer and company’s HQ regarding contract negotiations)
- Manage the daily maintenance of office appliances
- Prepare monthly invoice/payment settlement for customers (delivery record checking, invoice requests to HQ and explanations to accountants for monthly invoice issuing)
- 1+ year sales experience
- Administrative skills
- New customer development skills
- Autonomy, rigor and reactivity
