オフィスマネージャー/ Office Manager
An international machinery manufacturer is looking for an Office Manager. The selected candidate will lead HR, General Affairs, IT, Legal, and back-office functions to drive operational excellence and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee labour management, organisational design, and talent management, including recruiting, training, and talent reviews
- Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll, social security, merit, and bonus programs
- Lead general affairs operations, including facility management, insurance, and office administration
- Oversee EHS programs, including health checks, safety, and BCP initiatives
- Manage IT operations, including helpdesk, system implementation, security, technical support, business applications, and e-commerce support
- Handle legal matters, including contract review and filing, legal updates, company seals, labour issues, and company guidelines
- Temporarily support finance approvals for transfers, expenses, and attendance
- Drive operational excellence and support employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Practical experience in HR (GA, legal)
- Prior experience in leading HR, GA, IT, and Legal strategies
- Experience guiding organisational development, change management, and leadership alignment
- Background in talent management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Expertise in managing compensation, benefits, DEI, and employee engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of back-office operations, including payroll, benefits, IT, and legal processes
- Understanding of employee relations and compliance with labour laws
- Proficient in Japanese; business level English
