ファシリティマネージャー/ Facility Manager

A renowned energy solutions company is seeking a Facility Manager. The selected candidate will oversee facility operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while driving transformational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all facilities/sites in Japan, ensuring maintenance, safety, and service delivery meet agreed standards
• Develop annual occupancy budgets and investment plans, preparing justifications for approvals
• Serve as the focal point for real estate, communicating with stakeholders and coordinating projects
• Implement best practices in facility management, ensuring standardisation across all sites
• Maximise space utilisation, improve energy efficiency, and develop green energy initiatives
• Ensure safety measures during construction activities in collaboration with the Health and Safety Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineering, MEP, or facility management preferred
• More than 10 years of experience in corporate real estate or facility management with MNCs or IFM services is ideal
• Proven expertise in asset management, lease management, and design/construction projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
• Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level English
