A global management consulting firm is looking to hire an Office Manager. The individual chosen for this role will oversee administrative functions and act as the main contact for smooth operations in the Japan office. This is a short-term temporary job.
- Coordinate supplier sourcing, maintenance repair, building management, etc.
- Ensure office expenses stay within budget guidelines
- Track the office administration filing system and equipment inventory
- Offer translation services as necessary
- Assist with office meeting room logistics and setup
- Organise travel related matters such as travel arrangements, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, and operational support
- Strong management skills
- Basic knowledge of Japan employment laws is a plus
- Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English
