A multinational manufacturing organization with a wide global network is searching for a strong communicator with solid organizational skills to join their team as an Office Manager. In this role, the successful candidate will provide administrative and office support to the staff of a major international company.
- Provide office administration services including the purchase of supplies and stationery
- Manage vendor relationships and communicate with landlord
- Provide administrative support to team members and the country director; support travel arrangements for company members
- Act as the HR liaison (admin/coordinator) of the Japan organization; provide support to international teams on HR activities
- Solid and proactive communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and conduct external contacts like recruitment agencies, trainers, employment lawyers and suppliers of other HR products and services
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Capability to work independently and be flexible
